In order to avoid any unnecessary fees or penalties, we will contact your local municipality before any signage projects begin. Our team will research your local ordinances and create the necessary detailed plans and images required for the application process (fee applies).  All projects that require a permit can not start until we receive approval from your local municipality.

However, if your business is within a shopping center, the rules may be a little different. In this case, you are a tenant and need to adhere to the requirements put in place by your management company along with the municipalities ordinances.
